Subscription and Billing Terms

Some portions of the Services may be offered through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that subscription fees will be charged on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase, such as monthly or annually.

By providing payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes occur, we will provide notice in advance and the updated pricing will apply to future billing cycles.

Failure to pay applicable subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before your next renewal date. You will retain access to the Services through the end of your current paid period regardless of when you cancel.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Promotional offers, discounts, or special programs may have separate cancellation or refund terms that will be disclosed at the time of purchase. The Company may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

Health, Safety, and Medical Disclaimer

The Services, including instructional karate and martial arts training content, involve physical activity. Participation in martial arts training carries inherent risks of injury.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in these activities at your own risk. It is recommended that you consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or martial arts training program, particularly if you or your child has a medical condition or prior injury.

The Company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur as a result of participation in or following the training instructions or exercises demonstrated in the Services. You agree to stop training immediately if you or your child experiences pain, dizziness, or physical discomfort.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that martial arts training may involve physically demanding movements such as strikes, kicks, conditioning exercises, drills, and simulated combat practice. By participating in the Services, you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of your or your child's participation.

Parental Consent

If you are enrolling a minor in the Services, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and that you consent to their participation on their behalf. By registering an account for a minor, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the minor and accept full responsibility for their use of the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through the Services, including instructional videos, training programs, written materials, graphics, logos, images, and branding elements, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, record, download, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without prior written permission from the Company. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Services using your account. Unauthorized use of the content may result in termination of access to the Services and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, instructors, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
